Booking and Appointment Policies

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking and appointment policies before scheduling your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Eyeconic Lash Studio will need to enforce guidelines for no-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancelations.

CANCELLATIONS: A 50% fee of the services booked may be applied to cancelations with less than 24 hours' notice.

NO-SHOWS: A 100% fee of the services booked could be applied in the result of a no-show with NO prior communication.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE once scheduled.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please text 802.490.5495 with your full name and phone number as well as the appointment details of when you want to cancel or reschedule. If canceling before 24 hours, you can do so online.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

All services are by appointment only. Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of scheduling.

CHILDREN/GUESTS:

We ask that you do not bring any children or additional guests to your apponitment. If accommodations need to be made, please reach out ahead of time via text (802.490.5495) to discuss

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and full service fees may apply.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
