    Retention- What is it?

    In lash extensions, retention refers to how long your extensions stay on the natural lash before falling off. This can be influenced by factors like the quality of the lash adhesive, how well the extensions are applied, and your natural lash growth cycle. Proper aftercare, such as cleansing 1-2x daily, avoiding oil-based products and avoiding picking the lashes can help improve retention. On average, lash extensions last about 2 to 3 weeks before needing a fill.

    Proper Aftercare

    Clean your lashes!

    Gently cleanse your lashes with reccomended lash cleanser 1-2x daily. Avoid rubbing or pulling. Use a lash fan or hair dryer (on low, cool) to dry lashes. Brush out to keep lashes looking neat and fluffy.

    Avoid oil-based products, picking or rubbing. Oil can build up on lashes, causing extensions to loosen and create itchiness on the lash line. Stick to oil-free makeup and skincare products. Avoid touching lashes with dirty hands, and avoid picking at extensions and natural lashes. Avoid rubbing eyes. If something is uncomfortable, reach out ASAP!

    Be mindful when applying makeup such as eyeshadow and eyeliner! Always avoid waterproof formulas, as they are harder to breakdown and remove with cleanser and can cause irritation. Ask about lash safe eyeliner and eyeshadow at your next fill or fullset!

    NO MASCARA ON LASH EXTENSIONS, EVER!!!

    Avoid steam & excessive heat exposure. Excessive steam (from saunas, hot showers, ovens, boiling water when cooking) and direct heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, bonfires) can and will burn the lashes and straighten the curl. This can cause the need for a removal and a fresh set of lashes. Wear sunglasses when sun exposure is expected, and goggles in tanning beds.

    Sleep smart! Try sleeping on your back to avoid crushing the lashes while you sleep. Ask about lash sleep masks at your next fill or full set!

    Fills

    There are three fill options available for keeping your lashes fresh, healthy and beautiful!

    Regular Fill- 1 hour 20 minutes of lashing. This is for a standard 2 week fill with average grow out and shed. You should have a minimum 50-60% of your lashes remaining

    Extended Fill- 1 hour and 45 minutes of lashing. This is for a standard 2-3 week fill and/or clients with a lot of lashes. You should have a minimum 40-50% of your lashes remaining

    Extended+ Fill- 2 hours and 30 minutes of lashing. This is for a 3-4 week fill and/or clients with a lot of lashes. You should have a minimum of 40-50% of your lashes remaining.

    Express Fill- For when you need a touch up to add more lashes (doesn't include time for removing outgrown lashes) Perfect before a trip/in between fills. This does not replace a regular or extended fill

    Korean Lash Lift and Tint

    An advanced lash lifting technique to lift, set, and condition natural lashes from root to tip for a longer, fuller appearance lasting 6–8 weeks! The Korean lash lift uses cysteamine hydrochloride, a gentler, amino-acid derived compound. The Korean lash lift is infused with nourishing agents (like keratin, collagen, or plant extracts), leaving your lashes softer and shinier with a much slower, more controlled processing time. Blue black or dark brown tint added for a fuller, darker look.

    Custom Brow Wax + Shaping

    Custom brow shaping and waxing is tailored to your face shape. We map your brows by marking the start, arch, and end points using a pen. Followed by a wax around the mapped shape for symmetry and a natural look. The result is a brow shape that compliments your features. Add a tint for a fuller look.
